MORRISDALE R. D. -- Mrs. Adelia Almgren, 85, a long-time resident of Morrisdale R. D., died at her home near Grassflat early this morning.
Born May 22, 1873, in Sweden, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lars Larson, she came to the United States as a young girl with her parents. She was married 51 years ago to Hugo Almgren and has made her home in the Grassflat area since.
She was a member of the First Lutheran Church of Grassflat.
Surviving are three sons: Edwin, Bath N. Y.; Paul and Gilbert, Morrisdale R. D.; a daughter, Mrs. Svea Tefft, Ridgefield, Conn.; and 11 grandchildren.
Mrs. Almgren was preceded in death by her husband in 1954, and also a son, Axel.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed by noon today.
Friends are asked to omit flowers.
