Hawkins S. Scott, 82, of Stockdale, formerly of Clover Hill, died Tuesday, Nov 8, 1988, at 5:30 a.m. in his home.
Mr. Scott was born Feb 4, 1906, in West Pike Run Township, a son of the late Samuel Clyde Scott and Maude Hawkins Scott.
He was a farmer and a retired employee of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
Mrs. Scott had resided in Stockdale since 1969.
On Jan 16, 1929, he married Flora Brooks Scott, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Frances Saccomandi of Phladelphia, Lois Morrison of Spring Lake, Mich., and Donna Mansfield of Pittsburgh; a son, William Scott of Californis; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Florence Wright of Stockton, Calif., and Mrs. Gaylord (Theyma) Hopkins of Altoona, Fla.; and two brothers, Leslie Scott of Sherman, Tex., and George Scott of Downey, Calif.
A son, Howard S. Scott, died in 1984.
Two sisters, Frances Scott and Inez Mansfield, are also deceased.
