He married lst time Manona Casto in Jackson County August 31, 1910 They had five children, Marie, Alvin, Bernard
Kathryn and Rosemond.

His third wife was Nealy Jordan Bowles and I have no information

He was a school teacher early on, later left that profession to becoma a salesman
