Terry Gray Aiken Terry Gray Aiken, 54, loving father, grandfather, son, and brother, returned home to a loving Heavenly Father, October 5, 2002 in Orem, Utah. He was born Jan. 21, 1948 in Provo, Utah to Leon and Betty Gray Aiken. Terry lived most of his life in Orem, graduating from Orem High School and BYU. At BYU, he affiliated with Tau Sigma, remaining an avid supporter of BYU athletics. He loved the gospel and was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in the bishopric and numerous other callings. His professional life included many years in the insurance business, receiving prestigious awards. He most recently worked as a manager at Convergys Corp. Terry had a love of learning, golf and of the outdoors. He was an intelligent, giving and loving man who struggled with his health for much of his life. His greatest love was his children and grandchildren. He was very proud of them all, and enjoyed telling others of their accomplishments. He is survived by children; Ryan (Kesli), Taryn Lamb, Mandy (Corby) Draney, Lisa (Davy) McArthur and Jeff; also four grandchildren. Also survived by his father, Leon (Lianne), brother, Larry (Kathy) and sisters, Cheryl (Phil) Glenn, Nan (Sam) Kershaw, Chris (Steve) Neidig and Deana (Dick) Wilkinson. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 11, 2002, at 11:00 a.m. in the Windsor Chapel, 1405 North Main, Orem, Utah under the direction of the Walker Sanderson Funeral Home, 646 East 800 North, Orem. Friends may call at the Chapel on Friday morning from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to service. Burial will be in the Orem City Cemetery..
