Mrs. Annie Marie Meredith Calhoun, aged 80, widow of the late George W. Calhoun, died Wednsday morning at 12:15 o'clock at the home of a son, F.E. Calhoun, 1324 Thirty-seventh Street.
Born at Elizabeth, the daughter of the late William E. and Rachel C. Roberts Meredith, she lived the greater part of her life there. For the past several years, she had spent the winter months with her son. She attended the Elizabeth Methodist Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Jessie Cooper of Elizabeth; two sons, F.E. Calhoun at whose home she died, and William E. Calhoun of Vienna; and five brothers, Phillip Meredith of Elizabeth; Albert Meredith of Little Hocking, O., Harry H. Meredith of South Parkersburg; Ralph Meredith of Parkersburg, and Roy Meredith of Rhode Island.
The body was removed to the Ogdin funeral home, Parkersburg, where funeral services were held Friday afternoon. Interment followed in the K. of P. Cemetery in Elizabeth.
