GREENSBORO - Mrs. Grace Betts Farrior, 78, of 304 Waverly Way died September 22, 1996, at Moses Cone Extended Care Center.
A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of First Baptist Church, where she was a member.
Mrs. Farrior was a native of Raleigh and was retired from UNC Greensboro where she was Acquisitions Librarian for 25 years. She was a graduate of Meredith College and UNC Chapel Hill Library School.
Among her survivors are sons, Dr. Julian Wade Farrior Jr. of Norristown, PA, and Clifton Trigg Hutchinson of Dallas, TX; sister, Helen B. Maynard of Georgetown, SC; brother, Bruce S. Betts of Charlotte; grandsons, Julian Wade Farrior III of New York City, David S. Farrior of Swarthmore, PA, and Clifton Trigg Hutchinson Jr. of Dallas, TX; granddaughter, Eileen Hutchinson of Dallas, TX.
The family will receive friends at Forbis & Dick North Elm Street Funeral Home tonight from 7-8:30 p.m.
