ENID — Funeral for Lucy Throckmorton, 90, of Alva, will be 10 a.m. today, Aug. 1, 2012, at Wharton Funeral Chapel, Alva. Burial in Capron Cemetery.

Lucy was born May 16, 1922, near Alva to Dora (Wilks) and Albert Icke and died Thursday, July 26, 2012, at Beadles Nursing Home.

Lucy married Gerald LeRoy Throckmorton July 9, 1941, in Cherokee. Gerald passed away Feb. 13, 1995.

Surviving are daughters, Linda Rathbun and Dorothy "Dottie" Bakes; sons, Gary and Mike Throckmorton; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy McKinley; and two brothers, Herman Icke and Paul Icke.

Preceded by a sister and five brothers.
