FATHER DIES IN IOWA
Mrs. E. J. Bryant was called to Iowa Monday by the death of her father, T. J. Conner, age 83, who died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Chas. Roberts in Promise City.
Mr. Conner was born in Indiana [sic], but had spent most of his life in Iowa. Surviving besides his daughter, Mrs. Bryant, are two sons, Lee and Ray Conner of Promise City. His wife preceded him in death six years ago. Funeral services and burial were held in Promise City Tuesday.
E. J. Bryant and daughter, Miss Lucille, and Mr. and Mrs. Merl Bryant, drove there Tuesday to attend the funeral.
