CAMPBELL – Funeral services are pending with Sorrells and Sons Funeral Home in Greenville for Howard T. Green, 68, of Rt. 1, Campbell, who died at 1:45 p.m. Monday at his residence.
He was born on June 6, 1906, in Avalon, the son of Joseph M. Green and Rachel V. Smith Green. He married Wilda Kimbell in 1933.
Mr. Green was retired from L.T.V. and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Campbell where he served as a deacon.
Surviving are his wife; two sons, Charles H. Green of Greenville and Jerry W. Green of Garland; a brother, Frank S. Green of Sunnyvale, Calif., and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters.

Thornburg and Rev. Robert Ridley will officiate. Burial will be in Brigham Cemetery, under the direction of Sorrells & Sons Funeral Home. Mr. Green died at 1:45 p.m. Monday.
Pallbearers will be James Watts, Baron Adams, Robert Wheatley, Harold Garett, Ides Green, Macon Green, Weldon Wallace and Travis Woens.
