FUNERAL SERVICES ARE HELD HERE FOR MRS. BROOKS,, 89
Funeral services for Mrs. Mary C. (Molly) Brooks, 89, who died at 5 o'clock Wednesday morning in Kansas City, were conducted at 1 o'clock this afternoon in the Cater Funeral Home. The Rev. E. Y. Keiter officiated and burial was in Oakland cemetery.
Mrs. Brooks was born and reared north of Renick. She lived in Moberly several years, moving to Kansas City in 1944 following the death of her husband, John Brooks.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Pauline Slight of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Mrs. Bessie Swarm of Independence; a son, Abner Brooks of Kansas City, seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
