VERA VAN VRANKEN
Mrs. Vera M. Van Vranken, 72, former Winfield resident, died Tuesday, February 3, 1976 at Salt Lake City, Utah.
She was born February 8, 1903, at Mt. Union (Ia.),the daughter of Howard T. and Clara Allen Snyder.
Mrs. Van Vranken was a member of the Winfield American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband of Salt Lake City, Utah; two sons, Allen of Orangeville, Cal., and Lyle of Solana Beach, Cal.; one daughter (Living at present); two half-sisters, Mrs. Dean Allen of Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. Helen Black of Fairfield; five grandchildren, and one great-grand child.
Two brothers preceded her in death (*half-brothers)
Funeral services will be Saturday, Feb. 7, at 2 p.m. at the Barton-McKasson Funeral Home. The Rev. Harold E. Schrim will officiate with interment in the Winfield-Scott Township Cemetery.
Friends may call Saturday morning at the funeral home.
