THE WINFIELD BEACON
WINFIELD, IOWA
THURSDAY, MAY 27, 1915-PG. 1.

A LOVELY LADY GONE
MRS. ARTHUR ARONHALT

Amy Clara Deal Aronhalt, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Deal of Winfield, was born in Winfield, Iowa, March 10th, 1886, and died at her home east of town on Wednesday, May 25th, 1915, aged 19
years, 2 months, and 15 days.
In girlhood the deceased was soundly converted to Christ, and united with the Methodist church of Winfield in the summer of 1902, remaining a consistent Christian till death. She was educated in the public schools of Winfield, and this city was her home during life.
On February 25th, 1904, the deceased was united in marriage to Mr. Arthur Aronhalt. To the union were born two children, Vivian, 8 years of age, and an infant son who preceded the mother by one week to the eternal world.
Those who remain to mourn besides her husband and daughter, are her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. W.H. Deal, of Winfield, and three brothers, Leslie, of Ottumwa, and Guy and Carl, living near Winfield, and a wide circle of friends and acquaintances. As a true wife and mother, and a devoted daughter and sister, she will be sorely missed.
The entire community united in expressing sympathy for the bereaved friends.
The funeral is being held Thursday, May 27th, at the Aronhalt home,
four miles east of Winfield, conducted by Rev. R.L. Patterson.
