ELBA- Mrs. Peter Majerus, 77, of Elba, died Monday at St. Mary's Hosptial in Rochester of a heart condition after a long illness.
The former Cecelia Arnoldy, she was born Oct. 3, 1900, at Rollingstone, where she married Peter Majerus on Feb. 16, 1926. They lived in Elba. Mr. Majerus is a retired service station operator. She was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church and St. Anne's society of Elba.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Paul (Rose Mary) Rivers of Rollingstone; and two grandchildren. she was preceded in death by fie stepbrothers and five stepsisters.
The service is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Aloysius Catholic church with the Rev. James Lennon, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at Sellner-Hoff funeral Home in St. Charles after 4 p.m. Thursday followed by a wake service at 8:30.
