In the name of the Benevolent Father of all I Belinda Johnson of Howard County in the State of Indiana do make and publish this my last Will and Testament.
Item 1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral Expenses be paid:
Item 2. I give devise and bequeath all of my property both Real and personal to my children to share Equally in the same. Should any of my children depart this life before me, then in that case, such childs child or children to have their parents share in my Estate:
Item 3. I give and bequeath to my son Anderson Johnson the rents and profits for a period of two years from the date of my decease of the following Real Estate to wit;..... together with the appurtenances thereto belonging: he the said Anderson Johnson to keep up all the repairs on the property, pay all the taxes and insurance on the same for said time and to furnish a home for Otis G. Lindley for said time, he the same Otis G. Lindley to furnish his own clothing and board and at the end of the two years the last above described property to be sold and the proceeds divided among my children as mentioned in item second:
Item 4. I do hereby nominate and appoint John Johnson my son as Executor of this my last Will and Testament. Hereby authorizing and empowering him to compromise and adjust and release and discharge in such manner as may be best for my estate any and all debts and claims due me:
I do hereby revoke all former wills by me made. In testimoney here of I have hereunto set my hand seal this 17th day of January 1896.
