Funeral services for Robert Fletcher Ware, 79, who died Wednesday morning in a Rome hospital following a short illness, were scheduled for 5 p.m. today in the chapel of Jennings Funeral Home. Morris Norman, minister of the Fifth Avenue Church of Christ, Alvis Miller, of Rockmart, and the Rev. Hunter Bassett, pastor of the West Rome Methodist Church, were to officiate, with interment to follow in the Pleasant Valley North Cemetery.

Active pallbearers named were C. D. Beard, C. M. Caldwell, Hubert Gentry, Joe Marshall and Woodrow Aycock.

Employees of Rome Provision Company were to form an honorary escort.

Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Fred Camp, Rome, and Mrs. John H. Hardin, Coral Gables, Fla.; one son, Emory Ware, Chinook, Mont.; one step-son, John H. Swope, Chattanooga, Tenn. Four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive.
