LAYTON/KAYSVILLE - Mary M. Flint, 82, passed away Monday, August 16, 2004. She was born January 29, 1922 in Kaysville the daughter of Frank P. and Elva Jane Hodson Bennett.

Mary married Van W. Flint on March 21, 1942 in Malad, Idaho. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Los Angeles, CA Temple. He preceded her in death on December 3, 2002.

She lived most of her life in Kaysville residing in Layton for the last 15 years. Mary was a member of the Country View Ward. She liked cooking, sewing and being with her family.

Surviving are one son, William V. (Jane) Flint, Kaysville; one daughter, Kristine B. (Lynn) Beens, Layton; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two sisters, Fern Rigby and Alice Gerber.

Preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and one grandson.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 19, 2004 at 11 a.m. at Lindquists Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main. Friends and family may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
