Kate Elizabeth Haslet, 84, of Tionesta, died Monday Oct. 4, 1971 at Titusville Hospital.

She was born March 7, 1887, at Whig Hill. Tionesta, a daughter of Calvin and Elizabeth Eickenberg Arner She was preceded in death by her husband. Samuel Haslet, on April 2, 1967.

She was a member of the Tionesta Women's Club. the United Presbyterian church of Tionesta and the Priscilla Circle of that church.

Survivors include two sons, Robert A. Haslet of Warren, and Samuel C Haslet of Chico, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Alice Kelley of Tionesta; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p m today and Wednesday at the James K Haslet Funeral Home, Tionesta, where funeral services will be held at 2 p m Thursday with the Rev William Montgomery of the United Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Mt Collins Cemetery.
