WELCH, Charles Welch, 73, of Sumner died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was a native of Kansas and a logger by occupation. Survivors include two brothers, William of Auburn and Edward of Carbonado; and five sisters, Mrs. George Arnold of Tacoma, Mrs. Grace Martin of Rockaway, Oregon, Mrs. Myrtle Carlson of Everett, Washington, Mrs. Rachel Coligan of Nooksack, Washington, and Mrs. Celeste Barswell of Everett, Washington. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the Lakewood Mortuary.

Tacoma News Tribune, January 12, 1952, WELCH: Services for Charles Welch will be held at 3 PM Saturday in the Lakewood Mortuary with the Rev. W. P. McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
