H. D. Driggs, an insurance agent of Little Sioux and well known by many in Onawa, shot his housekeeper Tuesday morning and then sent a bullet through his own brain. Both died instantly. The same tragedy has been enacted in thousands of other towns in the U. S. brought on by the same cause.
