Adino Viola was the president of the AS Roma football club from 16 May 1979 to 19 January 1991. His wife, Flora, took over the presidency on 19 January 1991, following the death of her husband. She was the first woman to have chaired Serie A football club. Flora was born in 1923 and died on 10 November 2009.
