Anna Eliza Heywood Chilton Times Feb 14, 1903

Died – at her home in the town of Stockbridge, of Pneumonia, on February 5, Anna Eliza, wife of Charles W. Heywood, aged 61 years, 7 months, and 21 days. Anna Eliza Collidge was born in Lawrence, St. Lawrence County, N. Y., on July 3, 1841. She was married to Charles W. Heywood at North St. Lawrence, N. Y., November 23, 1861, and came west in the year 1865. She lived in Manitowoc one and one-half years and in the town of Chilton five years, and moved to this village in the fall of 1871, where she has since resided. She was an invalid since 1879. The deceased was a loving wife and mother, a kind and obliging neighbor and a true friend.
She leaves a husband, two sons, Hervey A., of this place and Alvin M., of Woodstock, Ill., two sisters, a brother, two half brothers and numerous other relatives. The funeral took place from the ME church, with interment in the Portland cemetery at Brant, Rev. J. T. Fish officiating.
