Freddy Leon Billingsley.
Was married to Katherine Isabelle Sparks Billingsley. They had six children together.
Dianna Rose, Michael Lee, Karen Sue, Joseph Ray, Sandra Marie and Kimberly Ruth. Fred had a child before marriage to Kathrine, a boy, Bobby.
Katherine later married Claude Black.
Freddy is the son of Joseph Evans and Ova Taylor Billingsley. He had 5 siblings. 4 older brothers Laynos Oval, Lucian Earl, Laren Ray and Roy Merle. He had a younger sister, Mildred Billingsley Beach.
