Laynos Oval Billingsley was the oldest child of Joseph Evan and Ova Taylor Billingsley. He had 5 younger siblings.
Lucian Earl, Laren Ray, Roy Merle, Freddy Leon Billingsley and Mildred Billingsley Beach.
Laynos was married to Lenora Kelsay until his death. They had no children and she never remarried.

Laynos worked hard and put himself through Wabash College in Crawfordsville. His occupation after the Army was a teacher of Mathematics and Physics. He retired from the Military after 20 years after reaching the rank of Lt. Col. of the Army Counter Intellegence during WWII.

He was exceptionally intellegent and his parents and siblings were proud of him. He was my uncle and I am extremely proud to have known him. He was very good to my mother and I. Rest in peace dear uncle.
