Linda was born in Lebanon, the daughter of Varner and Violet (Parrish) Tacy. She resided in Lebanon until moving to Sweet Home in 1966 and graduated from Sweet Home High School in 1967.
Linda married Larry Milligan on Sept. 3, 1983, in Lebanon, at the home of her parents.
She loved shopping, playing bingo, going to the Oregon Coast and camping. Linda also enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Larry of Lebanon; daughters Catherine Kropf of Lebanon, Charlotte Roska and Cheryl Wirth, both of Sweet Home, and Virginia Smithburg of Albany; brothers Bill Tacy of Lebanon, Dave Tacy of Bend and Patrick Tacy of Salem; sister Mary Youmans of Lebanon; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson Darren Paxton.
Linda was the ultimate Grandma. She love her grandchildren with a passion. She was happiest when they were around her.
They miss her dearly as well as the rest of the family.
