Frances A. "Fannie" BLOXTON, Mrs. GEORGE WASHINGTON YOUNG (aka George William "G.W." Young, Sr.) in the 1800s.

Fannie & G.W. Young were married 29 Dec 1870 in Shelby Co, Alabama.

Grady Irwin says that they were Methodists.

Fannie moved from Alabama to TX circa 1888. She and George Young lived in Coosa County, Alabama prior to moving to TX. She lived the last 14 years of her life in Jacksonville, TX. According to her death certificate, she died of senility and cerebral hemorrhage at the age of 86. She was buried in Providence Cemetery between Jacksonville and Dialville, Cherokee Co, TX. Her tombstone gives date of death as 8 Feb, but her death certificate says 9 Feb.

Thomas is the son of Charles & Elizabeth Peyton.
