Patricia Kaye Keener of Parks, Arkansas went to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, May 31, 2012 in Fort Smith, Arkansas surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was born May 5, 1945 to Ed Angel and Edna Marie (Blalock) Angel in Forester, Arkansas. Pat was 67 years and 26 days old.

She was a faithful member of Parks Baptist Church for 53 years. She was saved and baptized at the young age of 14. Pat was one of many youngsters baptized in the Fourche River in Parks, Arkansas.

Pat was known for her love for her family. She was so proud of each one. Shopping for her grandchildren was her favorite past time. When the weather was permitting Pat could be found sitting on the front porch in her rocking chair enjoying the sounds of her grand children's laughter and giggles as they played close by and she kept a watchful eye on each of them. It could be said that she also enjoyed playing an UNO game or watching a television show with all of her grandchildren. She loved to share with them about Jesus and how he had blessed her. At times Pat caused a little confusion, she and her identical twin (Linda) both lived in the same area and worked at the same place. It was often funny to see the expressions of strangers as they would do double takes.

Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory, one daughter, Teresa Waters and husband Sam of Mena, Arkansas; two sons, Mark Keener and special friend Teresa Morris of Parks, Arkansas, Brad Keener and wife Elizabeth of Parks, Arkansas. Pat will be forever missed by her grandchildren: Ashley Poe and husband Timmy, Jessica Dozier, Charlye Keener, Haley Keener, Emily Walsh, Hunter Waters, Deagan Keener, Zachary Keener, Taylor Walsh and one great grandchild Jackson Keener. Pat si survived by five sisters: Linda Davis, Elois Young, and Louise Willsey all of Waldron, Arkansas, Ann VanDeWeile of Tulsa Oklahoma, Lisa Godfrey of Greenwood, Arkansas; three brothers: Bill Angel of Little Rock, Arkansas, Charles Angel of Hot Springs, Arkansas and Gerald Angel of Paris, Texas; brothers in law Ronnie Keener and wife Sherry of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and brother in law Brent Keener and wife Cathy of Waldron, Arkansas. Pat will also missed by many nieces, nephew, friends and loved ones.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband Paul Keener, parents(Ed and Edna Blalock Angel), and two brothers Joe Angel and Dan Angel.
