Billy Ed Angel, age 81, of Little Rock, Arkansas, was called to heaven on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Bill was retired from the Army Corps of Engineers. He attended Arkansas Tech in 1958 for 2 years then transferred to the University of Arkansas where he finished his electrical engineering degree in 1962. Bill married his high school sweetheart in November of 1962. Bill was a deacon at church and loved to always help others. Bill loved his wife and family deeply. He was the best husband, father, PaPaw and GrandPaPaw.

Bill leaves behind his loving wife, Jewel Angel of Little Rock; son, Steve and his wife, Theresa Angel; son, Rick Angel of Little Rock; granddaughter, Hayden Angel of Alexander; grandson, Houston Angel of Little Rock; great-granddaughters, Aurora Angel Guise and Aria Angel Bowers of Alexander. He also leaves behind his sister, Linda Davis of Waldron AR; brother, Charles Angel of Jacksonville FL; sister, Lisa Godfrey of Greenwood AR and a number of other family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ed Angel; mother, Edna Angel; brother, Joe Angel; sister, Louise Willse; brother, Gerald Angel; brother, Dan Angel; sister, Elois Young; sister, Ann Van De Wiele and sister, Pat Keener.
