Listed on the roster of Company F, 16th Regiment, Georgia (Volunteer) Infantry, Army of Northern Virginia, Confederate States Army (CSA), which was organized at Walton County, GA as follows:

"Camp, Henry C.- private March 16,1862. Died of disease in Richmond, Va. hospital May 21,1862. Buried there in Hollywood Cemetery."
