Mrs. Kathryn E. Bench, 81, Chrisney, former employee of Bell Telephone Co., died Saturday at the Northwood Good Samaritan Home in Jasper.
Mrs. Bench was born at Selvin on Oct. 9, 1890, the daughter of Ben and Sophia (Rauscher) Katterjohn. Her husband, Frank Bench, preceded her in death in 1959.
Surviving are sisters, Miss Bertha Katterjohn and Mrs. Anna Jones.
One sister, Mrs. Jenny Taylor, and three brothers, Eli, Albert and Cecil Katterjohn, all preceded her in death.
Nass and son Funeral Home in Huntingburg; burial in Fairmount cemetery.
