Mrs. Virginia Martha Taylor, 87, better known to her relatives and friends as Jennie, died at 3 a.m. today in Indianapolis. She was the widow of the late H. E. Taylor, former Huntingburg light plant superintendent.
She was born May 10, 1876, in Huntingburg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben A. Katterjohn. She was the fifth member of the Katterjohn family to die within the last 15 months.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Meador, of Indianapolis; three sisters, Miss Bertha Katterjohn of Huntingburg, Mrs. Katherine Bench of Chrisney and Mrs. Herbert Jones of Hobart, Ind.; a brother, Cecil Katterjohn, Floyd Knobs; and one granddaughter.
The funeral arrangements are incomplete. The body is at the Flanner and Buchanan Mortuary in Indianapolis.
