Miriam Adamson Horsley, age 84 of Carrollton, Georgia, formerly of Bowdon, GA, died Monday, December 18, 2006 in Tanner Medical Center, Carrollton. She was born in Carroll County, Georgia, November 6, 1922, the daughter of the late James Monroe and Delvie Smith Adamson. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church for over 50 years, WMU and was a retired employee of Bremen-Bowdon Investment Co.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Otis O'Neal Horsley; two brothers, Jimmy Adamson and Hugh Adamson. Survivors include son of Carrollton; three grandchildren; two brothers of Bowdon, GA; three sisters, all of GA.
Funeral services held December 22 from Mountain View Baptist Church, Bowdon, with Rev. Scott Estes, Rev. Kenneth Forsyth and others officiating. Music furnished by the church choir. Grandsons and Nephews serve as pallbearers. Rainwater Funeral Home of Bowdon, in charge of the arrangements.
