Donna passed away peacefully Saturday, June 23, 2012 in South Jordan, Utah.
She was born April 27, 1922 in Logan, Utah to David Duane and Fae Elizabeth Binns Adamson.
She was married to Keith E. Chadwick June 7, 1943 in the Salt Lake City Temple. She and Keith lived all their married years in American Fork, Utah. They were side by side daily, both in life and in their family business. Donna has been impatiently waiting for Keith, who proceeded her in death January 31, 1998, to pick up "Speed" (Keith's nickname for Donna) to take her home.
Many of Donna's joys included her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, cooking, keeping her house spotlessly clean, gardening, having her hair done every week no matter what was happening and trips with Keith.
She is survived by her children, Nadine (Jim) Jeppson, Jean (Mel) Cox, Irene Merritt and Ken (Teena) Chadwick. She has 12 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Survived by her brother Howard (Judy) Adamson and sister Margene (Clinton) Marsh.
Preceded in death by her husband, parents, three siblings and a great granddaughter (Colette Chadwick).
Though parting with mom is sad for us, we celebrate her joyous reunion with dad.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 29, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Pacific Drive 2nd Ward building, 507 West 700 North, American Fork, with a viewing one hour prior to the services.
Family and friends may attend a viewing Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. also at the 2nd Ward building.
Interment will be in the American Fork City Cemetery.
