Funeral services for Joseph Raoul Lanclos, 90, of 1800 11th street, a resident here since 1920, will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in St. Mary's Catholic church.
Burial will be in the Greenlawn Memorial Park, under direction of the Grammier-Oberle Funeral home.
Mr. Lanclos died Wednesday at 1:41 p.m. at his home after a long illness. He was a retired employee of Martin Lumber corporation.
He was a native of Arnaudville, La. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic church.
His wife, the late Mrs. Aurelia Lanclos, died June 25, 1955.
A rosary will be said tonight at 7:30 o'clock in the Grammier-Oberle Funeral home chapel.
Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Jack M Chapman and Mrs. Alta Peterman, both of Port Arthur, Mrs. M. M. Myrick of Groves, Mrs. Felix Laura of Dallas, Mrs. Sidney Pickett of Houston; one brother, John Lanclos of Opelousas, La; three sisters, Mrs. Victor David of Opelousas, Mrs. Mentor David and Mrs. Oscar Stout, both of Arnaudville, 19 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be William J Bourque, Anthony Lanclos, Joshua Lanclos, Ashlon J Moreau, Johnny Steward and A. L. Stinson.
