"MORRIS - Mrs. Hobart H. Cole, aged eighty years, died at midnight Thursday, June 13th, at the home of her brother, Almon Lull, on the Morris-Gilbertsville state road. She had been an invalid several years. The funeral was held at the Lull home Sunday at 2:30 o'clock with the Rev. F. G. Leonard of the Universalist church officiating, and burial in the new part of Hillington cemetery. Jennie Amanda Lull, one of the seven children of H. Jerome and Anna Eliza (Tobey) Lull was born near Filer Corners, May 11, 1860. When a young child, her family moved to a new home on the Morris-Gilbertsville state road. Mr. Lull operated a successful woolen mill here during the remainder of his active life. Her marriage to Hobart H. Cole of Morris township occurred May 24, 1894. Prior to her marriage, she was a skilled dressmaker ... Surviving are: her husband; a sister, Mrs. Marion Aplin of Morris; three brothers, Melvin and William Lull of Syracuse and Almon Lull of Morris; also many nieces and nephews, to all of whom sincere sympathy will be extended."
