Mrs. Ligary Trimble, 79, died Sunday, February 25, at her home at Naomi after an illness of several months. She was a daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth Halcomb Tarter, and was a native of Pulaski County. She was widely known in the Trimble community and had many friends who regret to hear of her passing. She was kind and charitable, a devoted wife and mother, and led a life devoted to the ideals of Christian service. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at the Naomi Church with the Rev. Bert Whitaker in charge. Burial took place in the Tarter Cemetery. Surviving are the following children; Mrs. George Tarter, Nancy; Mrs. Jones Ard, Mrs Luther Ard, Mr. Coral Trimble, Mr. Omer Trimble and Mr. Deston Trimble, all of Naomi. Sympathy is extended members of the family in their bereavement.
