Clanton, brother: Bob Clanton, sisters: Peggy C. Stigall, Allie Weaver, Freda Lester and Janie Cope and 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: George and Ruby Clanton, brother: Charles W. Clanton and nephew: Charles W. Clanton Jr. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a,m. on Tuesday June 26, 2012 at the funeral home with interment in the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
