Many vital dates are seen for Isaac Miller. The Libery Baptist Church Cemetery transcription done in 1984, lists 1768-1870, age 102 years; with his wife Mary buried next to him as 1789-1876, age 87 years. Many family records record 1784 or 1785 as his birth year. I will use 1768 as his birth year as it is given on his grave marker, although it certainly needs to be verified.

Isaac married Mary (went by Polly) Fine, some records list her as Mary Fine Alexander, was she first married to a Mr. Alexander? Vital dates for her are also seen all over the map. Some records show they married 04 Aug 1821 at Madison County, Virginia.

In 1820 the family headed by Isaac Miller was enumerated at Rowan County, Lexington District (became Davidson County in 1822), North Carolina. Listed were one male 26 to 44 years old (Isaac), one male under ten years of age (wisdom) and one female aged 16 to 25 (Mary (Polly)).

In 1830 the family headed by Isaac Miller was living at Davidson County, North Carolina. Enumerated were one male 30 to 39 years old (Isaac), one male 10 to 14 years old (Wisdom), two males 0 to 5 years old (Kenley and Isaac), one female 20 to 29 years old (Mary(Polly)), four females 5 to 9 years old (Priscilla and three unknown).

In 1840 the family headed by Isaac Miller was living at Davidson County, North Carolina. Enumerated were one male 50 to 59 years old (Isaac), one male 20 to 29 years old (Wisdom), two males 10 to 14 years old (Knley and Isaac), two males 5 to 9 years old (Wagner/Wagoner and Richard), one female 30 to 39 years old (Mary(Polly)), one female 15 to 19 years old (Priscilla), two females 5 to 9 years old (unknown); and two females 0 to 5 years old (Diana and unknown).

In 1850 the family was enumerated at the Southern Division, Davidson County, North Carolina with Isaac (a farmer, aged 64, born NC), Mary (age 50), Wisdom (age 31), Priscilla (age 24), Kenley (age 21), Isaac (age 20), Wagner (age 17), Richard (age 15), Mary (age 13), Diana (age 11) and George W. (age 7).

In 1860 the family was enumerated at the Southern Division, Davidson County, North Carolina with Isaac (age 75, a farmer, born North Carolina), Mary (age 60), Isaac (age 32), Wagoner (age 25), Richard (age 21), George (age 17) and Priscilla (age 30). Living next door was the son Wisdom and his family.

The 1870 census for Conrad Hill Township, Davidson County, North Carolina records him as Isaac Miller, farmer, aged 90, born North Carolina; with wife Polly, aged 75, born North Carlina and single daughter Priscilla, aged 45, born North Carolina. They were living next door to their son Wisdon (Wisdom) (b. c1818 or 1819) and his family.
