The service will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Zion United Methodist Church, 1 N. Main St., East Prospect. Burial will be in Canadochly Cemetery. Viewing will be 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tues day at the church. The Burg Funeral Home Inc., 134 W. Broadway, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Crumling was born Dec. 6, 1900. She was the daughter of the late Christopher and Ida (Dellinger) Smeltzer.
She retired as a tobacco stripper for Bayuck in York. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. She also belonged to the church's Sunday school and sang in the choir, taught adult and children's Sunday school classes and was a member of the United Methodist Women's group.
Mrs. Crumling is survived by three daughters, Irene M. Ritz of Parish, Fla., Helen L. Stein of Palmetto, Fla., and Nancy C. Keller of East Prospect; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Dietz of East Prospect and Ethel Johnson of Charlotte, N.C.; and several nieces and nephews.
Officiating at the service will be her pastor, the Rev. Samuel Velez, assisted by Father Barry E. Yingling, chaplin of The Brunswick at Longstown.
