Frances G. Baldwin married Arthur H. Maxwell in 1880 in Winnebago County, Illinois. They had children: Alice M. Maxwell born 1881, Elizabeth "Bessie" Maxwell born 1884. Roy I Maxwell born 1887, Cassius Arthur Maxwell born 1891, Frederick Harlow Maxwell born 1899 and Lucille Maxwell born 1901. Frances G. Baldwin died 2 Feb 1942 in Rockford, Winnebago, Illinois.
