James G. Anderson
Funeral services were held Monday at the Rushford Lutheran church for James G. Anderson, 62, who died Thursday of a heart attack. The Rev. M. Eugene Foehringer officiated. Burial was in the Rushford cemetery.
He was born at Mabel Dec. 27, 1900, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Anderson, and had been a resident of Fillmore County all his life. At the time of his death he was the owner of the Gamble store at Rushford.
On March 25, 1950, he married Lucille Berg Pfeifer.
Survivors are his wife; two sons, Charles, St. Louis, Mo., James K. at home; two daughters, Jean, Minneapolis, and Susan at home; three brothers, Elmer, Virginia, Minn., George, North Branch, Minn., Alton, Mabel; three sisters, Mrs. Amy Evenson, Mrs. Agnes Burreson both of Winona, and Mrs. Myron Forde of Mabel.
His parents preceded him in death.
