The former Frances Blazek was born May 9, 1888. She married Frank June 2, 1908. She was preceded in death by her husband, who passed away Sept. 11, 1963.
Surviving are one son, Victor, of Owatonna; and two daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Georgia) Wilkie of Austin, and Mrs. George (Frances) Krahulec of Owatonna. Also surviving are five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two sisters: Miss Rose J. Blazek of Owatonna and Mrs. Beatrice Moravec of Portland, Ore.
She was born in Dolni Dobrouc, County of Usti nad Orlici, Bohemia. As a child she came to the US with her parents and three younger sisters via Ellis Island, but all three of her sisters died of typhoid on the ship.
