Funeral services for Amy Dubroc will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 18, 2012 at Edgewood Drive Free Methodist Church, Pineville with Reverend Emmitt Belgard and Reverend Lonnie Weidner officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Ball.
The family requests that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Sunday, June 17, 2012 from 4:00-9:00 p.m., and continued Monday at the Church from 9:00 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Dubroc, 77, of Pineville, passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Dubroc was born at her family home in Deville on April 6, 1935. She was a member of Edgewood Drive Free Methodist Church, Pineville. During her working career, she worked at Hancock Fabrics and Pinecrest State School. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother; she sacrificed her career for her family. Mrs. Amy loved Gospel and Country Music.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Dubroc; parents, Elvy A. and Callie Laprarie Belgard; sisters, Lillian Bowman and Carine George.
Those left to cherish her memory include her son, Daniel Dubroc, Sr.; daughter, Sharon Humphers; brother, Wordy Belgard; grandchildren, Jamie Ross, Daniel Dubroc, Jr., Jared Humphers and Michael Darnall; great grandchildren, Landon Darnall, Alicia Ross and Kaylee Ross.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Ray French, Greg Humphers, Daniel Dubroc, Jr., Sharon Humphers, Michael Darnall, Jared Humphers, Stephen Ross and Parson Belgard.
