Millie Mary Virginia Stacy was the daughter of Kenley Hampton Hackler and Albina Mary Elizabeth Selvina Keesling Hackler. She was born at Elk Creek in Grayson County Virginia. She was one of Nine children. She Married James H Carter on October 14 1917 in Scott County Virginia. James & Millie had five children, three sons & two daughters. James was killed in an industrial accident in July 1931. Millie Married Charles Isaac Stacy on Jan. 4, 1940 in Scott County Virginia. Charlie & Millie had two daughters.
