She died at age 83, the third daughter of Audrey Dixon Brown & Frederick William Brown, Jr; graduated Sacramento H.S. 1947. She was married for 45 years to Frederick Joseph Mulligan, Jr. (dec. 1994). She is survived by their 5 children: Greg Mulligan (Sandy), Catherine Skeen (David), Chris Mulligan (Janet), Nancy Gomes (Tim), & Scott Mulligan (Icyl); 9 grandchildren & 2 step-grandchildren; her sister Nanele Arnold (Bill). Preceded in death by her sister Margaret Fitzmorris (George). She was a Jobs Daughter & Native Daughters of the Golden West, Elks Emblem Club. Service: St. Anthony's Parish, Sacramento, CA., Jun 18, 2012, 11:00 a.m. with a private interment at St. Mary's Cemetery, 3:00 p.m.
