Bryan Funeral Wednesday.
Carthage, Mo., April 9.--Funeral services for James Westley Bryan, 84 years old, retired farmer, who died at 8:30 o'clock Sunday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Westley Green of Sarcoxie route 1, will be held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Dudman church, with eburial in Dudman cemetery. The body will be removed from the Knell mortuary at noon Wednesday to the home of the daughter, where it will remain until the funeral hour.

Carthage, Mo., April 8--James Westley Bryan, 84 years old, retired farmter, died at 8:30 o'clock last night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Westley Green of Sarcoxie, route 1, where he had made his home for the last 10 years. He had been in failing health two years and had been seriously ill for the last few days, suffering from a heart ailment. He had been a resident in the community in which he died for the last 64 years and was a member of the Emanuel Baptist church in that vicinity.
Surviving, besides the daughter, Mrs. Green, are another daughter, MRs. F. H. Moss of Sarcoxie route 1, and two sons, Chester Bryan of Sarcoxie route 1 and Philip Bryan of Diamond route 1, and a sister, Mrs. George Foland, of Carthage.
The body was removed to the Knell mortuary.

Mr. and Mrs. James W. Bryan celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at their home, twelve miles southeast of Carthage. A large crowd assembled at the Bryan home at noon for a baskeet dinner which was spread on a long table in the yard.
