Chloe Foster was born Oct 18,1774 in Dudley, Worcester Co., Mass., she was the 6th child of 8 siblings. Chloe's parents were, Timothy Foster (1741-1822)and, Rachel Robinson (1744-1839).

She married, Jedediah Kidder on May 5,1789 in Dudley, Mass.

Jedidiah Kidder was the son of Samuel Kidder (1734-1776)and Sarah Corbin (1740-1831).

After they were married they moved to Warsboro, Vermont and had a total of 10 children.
