George Raymond Sanders, 77, died Sunday. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. today in the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Jack Winegeart and the Rev. Lael Jones officiating. Burial will be in the New Ramah Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary of Haynesville.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Louise Branton of Haynesville, Miss Velma Bernice Sanders and Miss Frances Eloise Sanders both of St. Louis, Mo.; one son, Raymond Durell Sanders of Haynesville; two brothers, Rowland Sanders and Alymer Sanders, both of Haynesville; three sisters, Mrs. M. G. Smith of Haynesville, Mrs. H. W. Bacon and Mrs. Earl Yates, both of Magnolia, Ark.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
