Word has been received that August Meurrens, who was taken to Kansas City last Thursday, for a surgical operation on his throat, died on Saturday evening at 7:30, after being operated on in the morning of that day.
The funeral will be held at the Cathedral Tuesday morning at 9:00 o’clock.
He was 21 years of age and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Meurrens, of this city.
