Ernest Dale Frye, 33, of Wayne, W.Va., passed away Monday, July 4, 2011 at home. He was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Harvey and Bess Ellis Russell; paternal great-grandparents, Haden and Geneva Collins Adkins; and maternal grandmother, Lois Pack Russell. He leaves behind his companion, Cora Cyrus; his mother, Valerie Russell Ferguson of East Lynn, W.Va.; his father Ernest Frye, Jr., of East Lynn; two children, Christopher Frye and Kaitlin Frye, at home; three sisters, Christi Blankenship of Wayne, Jessica Frye of East Lynn, and Kayla Frye of Genoa, W.Va.; one brother, Shane Skeens of East Lynn; one step-sister, Olivia Lane of Huntington; paternal grandmother Anna Frye of East Lynn; maternal grandfather, Harold Russell of East Lynn; special aunt, Lisa McComas of East Lynn; Best friend Sam Frye of Wayne; special friend Nikki Meadows of Wayne; several additional aunts, uncles, and cousins; and a host of friends. He will be sadly missed, but not forgotten. Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2011 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor Emual Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery
