Son of James Mize & Martha "Patsy" Ingram.

Solomon likely left Barren County, KY with his parents & siblings in the Summer of 1828, after his father had sold the last of his land.

His father was doing poorly enough by March 1831, to draw up a Will, and Solomon is named with his mother as excutor of fathers estate, but by July the next brother, Fleming is named. He must have died between Mar-Jul 1831.
